Tara holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and has over 25 years of experience working directly with students, teachers, and school districts across the western United States. She brings a depth of experience that is rare in private tutoring, combining the expertise of a literacy specialist with the warmth and individualized attention families deserve.
As a former instructional coach, Tara trained educators on evidence-based literacy practices and supported school districts in selecting and implementing effective reading programs. Her instruction is grounded in decades of converging research and the principles of the Science of Reading.
